Weighted Blanket Return Policy

Please read all descriptions and sizing information prior to purchase.  We don't accept returns for size, weight, or a color/pattern that you have chosen.

If you requested a special fabric, backing, or a combination of colors that is unusual, we may not be able to give you a full refund if you decide to return the blanket.  You should inquire at the time of order what the return value of your special order is.

You should call us first if you have a problem with your order.  We will work to resolve any problem you might have to the best of our ability.  Filiing for a charge back with your credit card company is unnecessary and reflects negatively on us, even if we win.  If we do not win, and you owe us money, we may turn your account over to collections for non-payment.

If you call or email within 48 hours of delivery:

and return the blanket with all original packaging and paperwork..we will issue a call tag for you to return the blanket to us.  The blanket must be unused and in resellable condition upon inspection.  If criteria is met, we will issue a refund minus shipping. 

If you call or email within 30 days of delivery:

We will issue a call tag for you to return the blanket and you can receive an 80% refund minus shipping.  This covers the lost value of the blanket being used.  Additional costs could be deducted if the blanket is not clean or not in the original condition.

After 30 days, we do not issue refunds.

You cannot return/exchange more than one blanket.

Weighted Vests and other items are not Returnable except in the case of manufacturer defect.  Examine your vest upon receipt to make sure it is in perfect condition.

Shipping

Custom Sensory blankets are tailor made and current production times are posted on the home page.

Quickship blankets (partially pre-made) are available in certain fabrics, and ship in approximately 3-5 days.

If you are going to order custom made and quick ship items, you will probably want to order them on separate orders so that the quickship items can ship ahead.

We deliver most orders in the Continental United States via UPS Ground. Alaska, Hawaii, and International orders are shipped USPS. Because of the size of our blankets, UPS is more economical than USPS in most cases.

Shipping is not added into our prices, you will see your shipping amount when you go through checkout. We prefer to let you see the amount of your order that is attributed to shipping rather than just adding it in and calling it “free shipping”.
