If you call or email on the day you recieve it, and send the weighted blanket back ununsed, you can recieve a full refund including shipping. Blanket must be in new, UNUSED, resaleable condition.
REFUND MINUS SHIPPING AND YOU PAY RETURN SHIPPING: (call or email within 10 days)
Examine your blanket when you receive it. You have 10 days from reciept to email us at orders@sensacalm.com or call 855-736-7222 and request a full refund by packing the blanket back in the box and letting us know you would like to return it. All original packaging must be included. You will be responsible for shipping costs.
Blanket must be in new, resaleable condition. MUST BE CLEAN.
PARTIAL REFUND AND YOU PAY SHIPPING: (call or email within 30 days)
You may return a weighted blanket that is used or past the 10 days. Upon receipt, we will deduct the original shipping and a 30% restocking fee that covers the lost value from the use of the blanket. If the blanket requires repairs or cleaning, an additional charge may be assessed. The balance will be refunded to you.
AFTER 30 DAYS:
You cannot return a blanket after 30 days. (except in the case of manufacturer defect)
Blankets are warrantied against manufacturer defect for 1 year.
REPAIRS (anytime):
If you need wear and tear repairs, give us a call. We will repair your blanket within reason if you pay shipping costs.
WARRANTY:
Weighted Blankets and are warranted against manufacturer defect for one year.
Because our weighted vests are tailor made to each user, NO RETURNS ON VESTS EXCEPT FOR MANUFACTURER DEFECT. WARRANTED AGAINST MANUFACTURER DEFECT FOR 1 YR
Custom Sensory blankets are tailor made and ship in approximately 2 weeks.
Quickship blankets (partially premade) are available in certain fabrics, and ship in approximately 3 days.
We deliver most orders in the Continental United States via UPS Ground. Alaska, Hawaii, and International orders are shipped USPS. Because of the size of our blankets, UPS is more economical than USPS in most cases.
Shipping is not added into our prices, you will see your shipping amount when you go through checkout. We prefer to let you see the amount of your order that is attributed to shipping rather than just adding it in and calling it “free shipping”.
