Weighted Vests for Autism

Our weighted vests are for those with autism and other special needs.  We worked with a designer to create a weighted vest like no other available.  Our goal was for it to look like something any kid would be glad to wear.  Everything we saw also had removeable weights of sand packets or clay which we wanted to avoid.  We decided to use weighted polypellets (non-toxic, hypoallergenic plastic type small pellets) that would be sewn permanently into the garment and would make it fully machine washable and dryable.
 
A weighted hat had also been something we had looked at for some time.  Many parents had asked us to create one to go with the weighted vest for their children that craved weighted head gear.  This led to the creation of the attachable matching hat for the vest.   You can purchase the weighted vest with or without the hat.
