Great Product & Great Customer Service A+

I needed a bite necklace for my daughter for therapy class it just so happen to be around Christmas time and took well over a month and had to buy another one from a different company due to it getting lost during Christmas and a skeletal USPS because of COVID-19. Donna from Sensa-Calm made it right by understanding and giving me a full refund and letting me keep the bite necklace as a back up. Very nice company and very helpful !
