All items are under warranty for manufacturing defects for up to 1 year.

If your item has a manufacturing defect, and you have had it for less than 1 year, please call or email us right away to speak with a customer service representative (855-736-7222 or info@sensacalm.com). They will guide you through the process.

Custom and Ready to Ship weighted blankets may be exchanged for a different weighted blanket of different size and/or weight within 30 days of receiving the weighted blanket.

If you have had your Custom or Ready to Ship weighted blanket for less than 30 days and it needs to be exchanged for a different size or weight please call or email us right away to speak with a customer service representative (855-736-7222 or info@sensacalm.com).

Items returned within 30 days of receipt, that are found to be in new/unused condition after inspection, are eligible for a refund.

If you have had your weighted blanket for less than 30 days and wish to return your weighted blanket for a refund the blanket must be in new condition with all original packaging. If after inspection we determine the blanket has been used, depending on the condition of the blanket, no more than 80% of the original price will be refunded. Custom Weighted Blankets with Monograms and Clearance Weighted Blankets are non-returnable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

Monogrammed and clearance products are non-returnable unless it is due to a manufacturing defect. Monogrammed items are non-returnable due to the personalized nature of the items making them difficult to re-sell. Customers are expected to pay shipping costs, at our discounted rate, when returning or exchanging items unless it is due to a manufacturing defect.
