Clearance Weighted Blanket - Queen 20 lb Super Cool Geometric Pink (for 80-120 lb users)

They granted the warranty and customer service via email was exceptional and quick. Unfortunately, the blanket I ordered, chose and paid the difference on was not what was made and sent to me. I ordered a new blanket paid the difference and was sent something I did not order or like sadly. I now have an expensive blanket I do not want. I ordered white and was sent bright pink. It shows through the duvet and does not look nice showing through. The item tag that was printed white was crossed out and hand written “grapefruit”. I am disappointed. I waited 2 months for the product and that was no problem since customer service started out well and I live in Alaska which is expensive and far to ship too. However, I expected what I ordered. In the colors that I chose.

I know weighted blankets are very popular right now but I will never buy another blanket thats NOT Sensa Calm! After falling in love with my blanket, I bought one for my 7 year old nephew (bought for an 80lb user since he's growing fast) who gets extremely restless & anxious at night. After a week, I asked him if he was liking it.. his response? "With this blanket I fall asleep in one minute, with my other blanket it takes me hours".

Before I even made a purchase I was impressed by Sensacalm. As somebody who is diagnosed ADHD, ASD, and anxiety it can be a little difficult to rest on any "normal" or sometimes even healthy schedule. I'd used a lower quality weighted blanket for awhile but knew I was looking for something larger, heavier, and with a more consistent weight distribution. Sarah Messimer and the guru's on the sewing team were kind enough to respectfully answer my incredibly specific questions and provided additional info I had not even considered. One thing I'd not considered was for some reason I made this purchase on a Wednesday the week prior to a weekend move. When the next Monday came around my anxiety got the better of me and I checked in late in the day. I was lucky enough to follow up with Sarah who informed me that she was in the process of reaching out to customers in the same order window as there had been an issue with a shipment from their vendor. Sarah went on to mention that she had other options available if I wanted and sent examples to help pick out the colors in the photo below. Somehow between the end of business chat on Monday and Wednesday afternoon the blanket was sewn, shipped and arrived! As for the blanket itself it was phenomenally well sewn with perfect angles and thorough stitching, the weight is very evenly distributed and the pockets small enough to ensure it stays that way. The quality is evident in the material, fill and stitching. The first few times I used the blanket I was honestly in disbelief at how effective the feeling was for me and as a "grown adult" in their 30s I'm not ashamed to admit I couldn't help but to giggle! If i'm the least bit tired it is a struggle to use the blanket and not immediately fall asleep. As a bonus the electrical sensations in my legs when resting (which I'd been putting off speaking with my doctor about since they developed during the pandemic) have all but vanished. There is little doubt I'll use this blanket for years to come and have encouraged everybody I know looking for a weighted blanket to shop Sensacalm.
